Robert Hauptman sent me a link which may not work to a
Crain's New York Business article titled
"Tall buildings rebound as fear of heights abates".
I wasn't able to make the URL work as forwarded but
Joe Wright faxed me the same article...it underlines
that vacancy rates in signature buildings are declining.

Regarding the appeal to write to the New York Daily News's
Robert Schwartz that I forwarded last email,he has been sending
replies,if brief ones,promptly to at least some of those who
have written to him.He could be a good voice to cultivate.

I'm told an Article 78 lawsuit would cost about $20,000 to start,
and we have to make sure someone with "standing" is involved...
any near-the-WTC residents interested?

There may be other entities planning similar suits already,
and delay in the official plans can be made to work for us
whatever quarter it comes from.
